MODE OF PAYMENT

• According to rules of the Company you are requested to make the payment in advance 30 % of total payment in order to confirm the trip before at least 30 days your arrival to Pakistan. The remaining balance must be paid two weeks prior to arrival to Pakistan.
• The tour bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment receive
• The amount you may transfer by bank and bank accounts details will be provided. We do not accept any credit card
• All transfer fees, bank charges, and service charges must be borne by the client.

The company must receive the full invoiced amount.

TERMS AND CONDITION:

• The trip cost is strictly based on the enclosed itinerary pertaining to total number of nights in camps and hotels mentioned therein itinerary
• The team is entitled to bring a maximum personal baggage as mentioned in services for per person and for an excess baggage portage will be charged separately for trekking
• If the trip has to be delayed due to cancelled or delayed of flight, bad weather condition, sickness, roadblock Government restrictions, strikes or any other contingency for which “North Pakistan Adventure” may not make provision, the resulting extra cost for such delay is not included. Reasonable change in the program may be made only where deemed advisable for the safety and comfort of you.

RESPONSIBILITY:

“NORTH PAKISTAN ADVENTURE” always puts its all efforts to make your trip smooth and pleasant. However herein called “Tour Organizer” acts only an agent and shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage to a person, accident, delay, cancellation of flight, natural happening or irregularity, which may be occasioned either by reason of unexpected snow, breakdown of vehicle through the act default of any company or pperson engaged in carryout the tour. Additionally, illness or accident occurring any extra cost caused thereof shall be borne by the clients personally on the sport. It is most advisable that clients have full medical kit and highly recommended to takeout insurance covering such accident from your home country.

CANCELLATION POLICY

(Cancellation by Client)

• All cancellations must be communicated in writing (WhatsApp/email).
• 45 + days before arrival to Pakistan total refund (100 percent refund)
• 30 to 44 days before arrival to Pakistan 90% refund (10% service charges apply)
• 15 to 29 days before arrival: 75% refund of total amount
• 08 to14 days before arrival: 50% refund
• 04 to 07 days before arrival 40 % refund
• 01 to 03 days before arrival 30 % refund
• No refunds will be provided once the tour has commenced.

Any unused services (hotels, meals, transport, guides) are non-refundable.

Cancellation by Company

The company reserves the right to cancel or modify a tour due to:

Political situation, Security concerns, Weather conditions, Government instructions, Road closures or natural disruptions

• In case of cancellation before arrival to Pakistan, FULLY REFUND
• Rescheduling option
• Changes are subject to availability.
• Additional costs may apply due to seasonal or logistical changes

The company, NORTH PAKISTAN ADVENTURE, is not liable for cancellations, delays, or changes due to:

• Natural disasters (landslides, floods, earthquakes)
• Political unrest or strikes
• Government restrictions or pandemics

In such cases, partial refunds or future travel credits may be offered depending on recoverable costs.

Accommodation and Transport

Hotels and domestic flights are pre-booked in advance, so as you confirm the trip we do booking, so hotels accommodation depends over the availability of rooms at the time of booking what we mentioned you if not available rooms at that time of booking we will arrange in similar ones

Client Responsibilities

• Clients must carry valid identification (Passport) and visa copy
• Follow local laws, cultural norms, and guide instructions.

The company is not responsible for:

• Personal injury
• Loss/damage of belongings
• Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances

By booking a tour with North Pakistan Adventure, the client acknowledges and agrees to all terms and conditions stated above.
