HUNZA SHIMSHAL PASS – PAMIR TREK

The Shimshal Pass called Pamirs trek is a challenging and adventurous trekking route in the mountainous region of Hunza Valley. It typically involves crossing the Shimshal Pass, situated in the Karakorum Range, and then proceeding towards the Pamirs Mountains. This pass is one of the highest trekking passes in the world, located at an elevation of around 4,735 meters (15,534 feet). Crossing this pass is a significant part of the trek. Along
trekkers may have the opportunity to interact with the local Shimshal people, who have a unique culture and way of life. It is a long trek but not a glacier walk, just a trial trek with ups and downs each day, each day gives different views of the mountain and landscape, day treks are long in the beginning, and on the Pass, there is an option to climb a peak, if some want to climb can do it and if some do not want to make just day trips around, so it gives taste of climbing on this trek. Many other peaks are below 6000M can climb any one there or stay rest or make a day trek around, are the possibilities. The suitable period for this trek is May to October
