HUNZA Valley

HUNZA AUTUMN TOUR was an independent state until 1974, ruled by a king. Known for remote mountains and glaciers, people have created an oasis and fairytale land. Known for their indifference, craftsmanship, longevity, hospitality, and unique cultural heritage. The Hunza people have maintained their independence for centuries, upholding the ideals of freedom, and equality. and peace in the region.
Hunza tour begins with a visit to the famous Baltit Fort 900, Aga Khan Cultural Service, AKCS Altit 900 Fort, on top of Ruby marble rock. Architecture is a clear indicator of Tibetan influence. when the ruler of Hunza married the prince of Baltistan. He buys many Balti craftsmen as part of his daughter to build this fort.

Shimshal Pamir trek

 Lake Borith is an unforgettable experience, a great place to walk through the Gulkin glacier from Lake Borith to the Pass. Shimshal, Chupursan, and Misgar are Hunza and the longest valley is connected To Karakoram Highway. From Karimabad you can go to Hopar and Summyar in the Nagar Valley, beyond Karimabad (Hunza is often used for the whole valley, there are two former princely states, Hunza and Nagar) that Nagar occupied. the entire south side of the valley and the north side of Chalt and the famous Rakaposhi 77880M located in Nagar Valley. Nagar and central Hunza share a language and ancestors call each other across the river and migrate to each other’s valley during the kingdom, so there are several tribes in this valley. Nagar is one of the best Trekking destinations in Karakum. There is a famous mine (Chhumar Bakor) in Summyar near Diran Hill.

ITINERARY:

01: Arrive at Islamabad Airport, meet our staff, and transfer to the hotel. Rest time in Islamabad and Rawalpindi sightseeing, overnight at a hotel
2: Fly to Gilgit, market tour, Kargha Buddha (stone carving), and Bahgrot Valley.  Overnight at a hotel in Gilgit.
3: Proceed to Hunza, visit Bazar, Baltit Fort, Altit Fort, Canal Cruise at Karimabad, Overnight at Karimabad
OR
Drive 3-4 hours to Gilgit, and visit Kargha Buddha and Gilgit Market. Afternoon drive 3-5 hours Hunza-    4:Karimabad by KKH, overnight stay at the hotel, and transfer to hotel.
 5: Sunrise, go to Altit village, go to Passu, visit stone carvings and ruby ​​mines ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
 6: Trek to Passu glacier and visit Passu or Suspension Bridge overnight in Sost
 7: Drive to Karimabad for lake crossing and boat, overnight at hotel
