ON THE YAK BACK Riding

Yak-back riding mountain dwellers, like tigers and rough-looking creatures, are found in northern Pakistan, especially in the Upper Hunza Valley – Gojal, Skardu, and Chitral region. Lams are used as a source of milk, cattle, wool, to carry loads in pastures, and for trekking in the mountains.
